Dentures

Dentures are finely crafted removable replacements for missing teeth, custom-fitted individually for you. St George Dental can advise which of the two main types of dentures, complete and partial, will best suit you.

Constructing a good denture is both an art and a science, to ensure both an aesthetic and natural look, and the correct fit and functionality.

Constructing a denture takes several appointments:

• At your first appointment we take accurate impressions of the upper and lower teeth, to determine how the dentures will fit together.
• Subsequent appointments to “try in” the denture, so that any minor adjustments can be made.
• Final adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for the denture, to complete the product.
